Terms & Conditions
- One rental day is 24 hours (within the same calendar day).
- If the rental period exceeds 24 hours on the same day, overtime charges will apply.
- Overtime fee: IDR 150,000 per hour.
- Maximum overtime is 3 hours; beyond that, a full-day rate will be charged.
- Prices may change at any time depending on the situation, without prior notice (except for customers who have paid a deposit).
- Please confirm the final price before making a reservation.
- A minimum deposit of IDR 500,000 is required and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Full payment must be completed on the first day of the rental period at the latest.
- Cancellation or schedule changes are allowed up to 3 days before departure.
- The vehicle may stop at several places as long as it is within the same route and time allows.
- Using the vehicle outside of the planned route will incur additional fuel charges.
- Loss or exchange of personal belongings inside the vehicle is not our responsibility.
- For safety reasons, the transport provider reserves the right to refuse departure if the number of passengers exceeds capacity.
- Under certain conditions (such as dangerous roads, narrow roads, or destinations/routes not listed in the travel order), the driver has the right to refuse continuing the trip.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring illegal or dangerous goods that violate Indonesian law.
- Any claims or complaints must be supported by proof of loss and will not exceed the rental fee stated on the receipt.
- Maximum capacity: 14 seats with 14 small backpacks (for 14 seater vehicle).
- If passengers bring large suitcases, the maximum number of passengers is limited to 10 (for 14 seater vehicle).
- Drop-off is for one destination only. The driver will go directly to the drop-off point without additional stops.
