One rental day is 24 hours (within the same calendar day).
If the rental period exceeds 24 hours on the same day, overtime charges will apply.
Overtime fee: IDR 150,000 per hour.
Maximum overtime is 3 hours; beyond that, a full-day rate will be charged.
Prices may change at any time depending on the situation, without prior notice (except for customers who have paid a deposit).
Please confirm the final price before making a reservation.
A minimum deposit of IDR 500,000 is required and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Full payment must be completed on the first day of the rental period at the latest.
Cancellation or schedule changes are allowed up to 3 days before departure.
The vehicle may stop at several places as long as it is within the same route and time allows.
Using the vehicle outside of the planned route will incur additional fuel charges.
Loss or exchange of personal belongings inside the vehicle is not our responsibility.
For safety reasons, the transport provider reserves the right to refuse departure if the number of passengers exceeds capacity.
Under certain conditions (such as dangerous roads, narrow roads, or destinations/routes not listed in the travel order), the driver has the right to refuse continuing the trip.
It is strictly prohibited to bring illegal or dangerous goods that violate Indonesian law.
Any claims or complaints must be supported by proof of loss and will not exceed the rental fee stated on the receipt.
Maximum capacity: 14 seats with 14 small backpacks.
If passengers bring large suitcases, the maximum number of passengers is limited to 10 (for 14 seater vehicle).
Drop-off is for one destination only. The driver will go directly to the drop-off point without additional stops.
